We remembered Zoltán Kodály with love and gratitude on the occasion of the 59th anniversary of his death at the Farkasrét Cemetery and laid a wreath on his grave: representatives of the Academy of Music, the Kodály Institute, the Hungarian Kodály Society, KÓTA, the Andor Ilona Friends Society and the Kodály School on Marczibányi tér and we, the International Kodály Society.

Violinist Attila Falvay, member of the board of the Hungarian Kodály Society, gave a speech. Emese Popovics sang two folk songs from Zoltán Kodály’s collection in Gyergyó.
